About Masha
Masha is a newcomer to the accounting profession, with her journey beginning with six months in accounts receivable at a Boston hotel early in her career. She brings over 11 years of experience as a high school math teacher, combining her analytical skills and passion for helping others in her transition to accounting.
Masha is particularly interested in promoting financial transparency and integrity across all sectors. She is dedicated to strengthening community trust and knowledge in financial institutions and enjoys helping individuals achieve their goals and find meaning through sound financial practices.
Known for being people-centered, community-oriented, and a natural problem-solver, Masha is committed to making a positive impact wherever she works.
Masha holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at Merrimack College and has earned her ProAdvisor certification.
In her free time, Masha enjoys competitive jigsaw puzzling, crafting with her family, and cooking delicious meals.
