Amy Barney

Amy is a versatile, detail oriented, and reliable professional with vast experience in many areas of accounting. With almost two decades of experience in finance and leadership roles, Amy has developed expertise in financial reporting, internal control management, and standard operating procedure development and enjoys complex challenges and problem solving.

Outside of work, Amy is involved in her kids sports and plays softball and volleyball on a regular basis herself.  She is passionate about nutrition and exercise, and, just like a good accounting challenge, she likes to find creative workouts and recipes to compliment her life.

Amy is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Montreat College.
